Voice Task Reminder – Pro Version

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Voice Task Reminder (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. About the App

Voice Task Reminder is a voice-enabled task and reminder application that operates entirely on the user’s device. The App allows users to create, manage, and listen to reminders using text and voice features.

Some advanced features are available through optional Pro subscriptions or lifetime purchase.

3. Pro Features & Google Play Billing

The App offers optional paid access to Pro features, which may include:

  • Access to additional or premium voices

  • Advanced voice control and speech options

  • Audio export or download (e.g., MP3)

  • Enhanced reminder and task controls

All purchases are handled exclusively through Google Play Billing.
We do not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information.

4. Free Trial

  • A 3-day free trial may be offered for eligible subscription plans.

  • The free trial is available once per Google Play account, where applicable.

  • If you subscribe during the trial, unused trial time is forfeited.

  • After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial expires.

  • Trial availability and duration may change at any time, subject to Google Play policies.

5. Subscription Plans

The App may offer the following Pro plans:

  • Weekly subscription

  • Monthly subscription

  • Yearly subscription

  • Lifetime purchase (one-time payment, no renewal)

Subscription Renewals

  • Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Charges are applied to your Google Play account.

Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via:
Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policies.

  • We do not issue refunds directly.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to bypass, unlock, or modify Pro features without authorization

  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App

  • Ensure your device meets basic technical requirements

8. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us.

  • Voice Task Reminder does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal data

  • All task and reminder data is stored locally on your device only

  • Voice input is processed using system-level speech recognition services

  • We do not have access to your voice recordings or task data

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on operating system services (such as speech recognition) provided by your device manufacturer or Google. These services are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control or store data from these services.

10. App Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, add, or remove features

  • Change subscription offerings or pricing (future purchases only)

  • Update these Terms at any time

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed reminders

  • Data loss caused by device issues

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Pro features if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the App is detected.

13. Children’s Use

The App does not collect personal data and does not include restricted content. It may be used by users of all ages under appropriate supervision, in compliance with applicable laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
